INAUGURATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLING EXHIBITION ‘VACCINES INJECTING HOPE’

The International Travelling Exhibition Vaccines Injecting Hope, developed by National Council of Science Museums-NCSM in collaboration with Science Museum and with support from Wellcome Trust, Indian Council of Medical Research and British Council India was inaugurated at Nehru Science Centre Mumbai, a unit of the National Council of Science Museums-NCSM, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, by Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Chancellor, Homi Bhabha National Institute, Chairman, Rajiv Gandhi Science & Technology Commission, Former Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission; in the august presence of Dr. Muffazal Lakdawala, Director, Dept. of General Surgery and Minimal Access Surgical Sciences, Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Prof. Emeritus, B.Y.L Nair Hospital; Ms. Alison Barrett MBE, Director India, British Council, British High Commission, New Delhi; Ms. Helen Jones, Director of Global Engagement, Science Museum, London; Ms. Philomena Gibbons, Associate Director, Transition & Legacy, Wellcome Trust, London; Shri Samarendra Kumar, Deputy Director General, National Council of Science Museums-NCSM and other distinguished guests, on February 10, 2024.
